We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it undamaged for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order and assuming the item(s) are in the same new condition as received. If the item you wish to exchange for cost more than your original item, you will be charged the difference of the item you wish to exchange. If the item you wish to exchange for is less than your original item, you will receive a refund for the difference.
10k / 14k Solid Gold & Silver / Vermeil
Solid gold and Silver items are made to order. We offer a one-time exchange so you can get the correct width or length you need at no charge if request is within 14 days of receiving your order and assuming the item(s) are in the same new condition as received. If the item you wish to exchange for cost more than your original item, you will be charged the difference of the item you wish to exchange. If the item you wish to exchange for is less than your original item, you will receive a refund for the difference.
We have updated our policy to allow returns for Solid Gold & Silver. But since these products are made to order specifically for you, Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and request is within 14 days of receiving your order and assuming the item(s) are in the same new condition as received.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are made to order specifically for you, due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed. If your product is defective, our lifetime warranty will cover it and we will replace it for free.
To be eligible for a return / exchange
- Proof of purchase - Order Number or Store Receipt is required
- The item is returned in the same condition and original packaging it was received.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. If you are approved, you will receive an automated email stating your order has been refunded and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
